Shipping

Standard orders are expected to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Final shipping rates, service areas and delivery estimates will be confirmed when the commerce backend is connected.

Returns and quality concerns

Food products require specific return conditions. The final policy should state the reporting window, photographic evidence requirements and resolution process for damaged, incorrect or quality-affected orders.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale specifications, payment terms, lead time, freight and claims procedure will be defined in each accepted quotation.

Privacy

Contact and order information will only be used to answer enquiries, fulfil orders and provide requested updates. A complete privacy policy must be added alongside the selected payment and analytics providers.

Terms of service

Product appearance can vary naturally between agricultural lots. Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed. Final legal text should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
