1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Lachi India website and to products ordered through it. In these terms, “Lachi India”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website; “you” refers to the person or business using it.

2. Company information and jurisdiction

Lachi India is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi (ROC Delhi). These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law, the courts located in New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this website or an order.

3. Products, grades and natural variation

We sell whole green cardamom in the grades and pack sizes shown on the website. Cardamom is an agricultural product, so natural differences in colour, size, aroma and appearance may occur between lots. Product images are provided to communicate the pack and grade and may not represent every individual pod.

4. Prices, availability and orders

Prices and availability are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. A product listing is an invitation to place an order; an order is accepted when we confirm it and, where applicable, receive payment. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error, clarify an order or cancel an order when a product is unavailable. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Payments, shipping and returns

Payment, delivery, damaged parcels and returns are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy. Wholesale orders may have additional terms in the accepted quotation or purchase order.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing and enquiry purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or copy its content for commercial use without permission. The Lachi India name, logo, text, photography and other site materials belong to or are licensed to us and remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but online content may occasionally contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a delay outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
